Shannon is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, passionate about health, nutrition, and happiness.
Over the past 20 years, she has worked with a variety of clients and businesses and her focus has always remained consistent; she is here to help people nourish their body, and improve their health through mindful eating and nutrition counseling. Shannon believes exercise is a vital role in health & wellness so in 2015 she co-founded Studio 317 Fitness & Cycling in Greenwood, Indiana. She coaches a variety of fitness classes from Indoor Cycling to Body Pump and developed a 14-Week Wellness Program focusing on body composition with lifestyle changes for long-term results.
